At Baily Consulting our aim is to help individuals and organisational teams reach their potential.

We specialise in presentation skills (both for sales and information), speaker coaching, influencing skills, negotiation skills, sales strategy, goal setting and referral marketing.
Katharine is a TEDx Speaker Coach and has worked as a speaker coach and corporate trainer for the past nine years. She has worked with clients across a wide range of industries (finance, pharmaceutical, mining, government, retail, engineering, media, banking, food and beverage). Katharine has helped each of her clients to achieve their full potential whether in speaking confidently, negotiating, selling, influencing, or growing their business through referral marketing.
Prior to working as a corporate trainer, Katharine worked in the finance industry as a Business Development and Training Manager for eight years. She was the top BDM in her field and designed and implemented several training programs that were used by her colleagues and clients alike.
Her understanding of people's "needs" vs "wants" and the soft skills required in business, comes from her training as counsellor.
